Arsenal target Jerome Boateng is not thinking about leaving the German champions Bayern Munich.
Boateng has long been linked with a move away, with both Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United linked last summer.
The Gunners are emerging as a possible destination this offseason.
He has not been first choice for Bayern this term, as he is behind Mats Hummels and Miklas Sule in the pecking order at centre-back.
However, the 30-year-old German international has reiterated his commitment to the club.
"I surely won't run away from here, situations can change quickly. Of course I can imagine I will continue at Bayern," he told Kicker.
But he did admit a move to PSG was possible last summer, before circumstances changed.
"With my head I was already away," he continued.
"When you get such a clear promise and a suitable offer is on the table but suddenly it says 'No' again then something breaks down inside you."
