Arsenal have been beaten to the post for Ricky Alvarez by Inter Milan.
The 23-year old Argentine attacking midfielder was being strongly targeted by the Gunners but Inter have won the race for his services and the player is excited about the dream move.
"This is a dream come true for me and I can't wait to start this wonderful adventure," he said upon arrival in Milan.
The five-year deal signed by the former Velez Sarsfield man is believed to be worth around £10million.
