Several significant Arsenal supporters' groups have issued a statement regarding the state of play at the club.
Many fans are frustrated with the performances and results this season under boss Unai Emery.
The Spaniard is under significant pressure, with many Arsenal fans hoping he is sacked in the coming days.
The recent fan groups statement mentions how they hope the club's board will take urgent action to stop the rot.
The Gunners are mid-table after a 2-2 home draw with Southampton - a game they were lucky not to lose.
"It feels like the club is rudderless and floating aimlessly, unsure of its destination," said a statement from the fan groups.
They also mentioned how issues raised in their letter from the summer "have not gone away, it is the overall alarming and desperate state of things, on and off the pitch, that need urgent action and take precedent amongst our concerns".
"Until the club, especially the senior management structure, is running efficiently, effectively and ambitiously then few other issues can, or will, be satisfactorily resolved.
"The last decade, notwithstanding the FA Cup wins, can legitimately be seen as lost years, both on and off the field, when the team has not only stagnated but actually regressed.
"To date, that is the legacy of the 'Kroenke years'."
Per the statement, the organisations claim to have the backing of at least 120,000 supporters through petition signatures.
