Auxerre striker Sébastien Haller is backing Yaya Sanogo to make a big impact at Ajax.
The Arsenal striker is joining Ajax on a season-long loan.
Haller, who spent last season on-loan with FC Utrecht, played with Sanogo at Auxerre's academy.
He told De Telegraaf: "Sanogo is an asset for Ajax.
"He played a category higher than me, but we've trained and played together several times.
"He's the complete striker. He can dribble, has a good shot and can score goals. That's why I think he fits well with Ajax in the Eredivisie. He has what is needed in this league."
