Arsenal striker Lucas Perez is on the brink of signing for Deportivo La Coruna.

The Mirror says unhappy Perez will join the Spanish club on loan with a fixed agreement of £10 million next summer.

Deportivo will also pay a hefty loan fee as Arsenal's clear out continues with Gabriel set to go to Valencia for £10m.

Perez turned down Newcastle and Arsenal rebuffed a straight loan offer from Deportivo for the player they sold for £17m last summer.

The 28-year-old made just two Premier League starts for the Gunners, featuring a further nine times off the bench, scoring once.
