Germany's Lars Stindl scored a last gasp equaliser to help 2014 World Cup Champions Germany claim a 2-2 draw in a friendly international on Tuesday.
France twice led the game through a brace from Arsenal forward Alexandre Lacazette who scored either side of Timo Werner's opening strike for the Germans.
Germany looked headed for defeat before Stindl managed to score during stoppage time to prevent defeat for his country.
Both countries have qualified for the 2018 World Cup and are among the pre-tournament favourites to win the tournament.
Germany coach Joachim Low looked to test his side and made six changes from the side that claimed a 0-0 draw against Germany on Friday.
The hosts struggled early on during the game as they were caused problems by Kylian Mbappe and Blaise Matuidi.
Lacazette opened the scoring in the 34th minute, tapping in from close range after some superb work by Manchester United winger Anthony Martial, before Werner grabbed an equaliser for Germany in the 56th minute.
