Arsenal striker Nicklas Bendtner is struggling with a groin injury.
The 22-year-old Denmark international, who played in all three of his country's games in this summer's World Cup, sustained the problem in training last week and missed both games of the Gunners' Emirates Cup success last weekend.
Bendtner is already certain to miss his side's Premier League opener at Liverpool with the injury, but admits he still does not know when he will return to training.
"It is a difficult injury and hard to say when I'll be back, but hopefully I'll be training as soon as possible," he told The Sun.
"We haven't set a date yet, we're taking it easy."
