Arsenal star Mesut Ozil has returned to London Colney for pre-season training despite the uncertainty regarding his future.
The German playmaker has only one year left on his contract with the Gunners, and up until now, he hasn't put pen-to-paper on a new deal.
However, that didn't stop him from joining the rest of his teammates for the first day of the pre-season training in North London on Tuesday.
The 28-year-old wasn't part of the Germany national team at recently-concluded Confederations Cup and instead spent his holidays in the US.
