Chelsea winger Willian has given hope to Arsenal and Tottenham over securing his signature this summer.
The Brazilian, 31, is out of contract at the end of this season, and negotiations with Chelsea have been put on hold due to the coronavirus outbreak.
Both north London clubs are interested in his signature, and they will have felt buoyed by his recent comments.
He told ESPN: "My desire is to stay in the Premier League, but I don't rule out playing in other leagues, no.
"I'm going to play until the end of the season and see what happens. I'm very used to England."
Barcelona have also shown an interest in signing the former Corinthians man.
