Arsenal are spreading a wide net to land a new centre-half for manager Mikel Arteta.

Sky Sports says Jonathan Tah (Bayer Leverkusen), Dayot Upamecano (RB Leipzig) and Evan Ndicka (Eintracht Frankfurt) are all on Arsenal's radar.

Arsenal will welcome William Saliba for next season - the young stopper is currently on-loan at St Etienne.

But their search will continue, with Bayern Munich defender Jerome Boateng also of interest to the London club.

For his part, Arteta favours an addition on the younger age of the scale.
