Arsenal speed up Wenger replacement search

Arsenal are ready to speed up the process of finding Arsene Wenger's replacement, following the manager's last game in charge.

After Massimiliano Allegri announced he would prefer Juventus stay, the attention was turned on former Arsenal player Mikel Arteta, according to the Express.

Another Gunners legend, Patrick Vieira, is also a possibility, as well as Hoffenheim coach Julian Nagelsmann.

Former assistant of Jurgen Klopp, Željko Buvač, is being considered for the role, as could be the case with Rui Faria who will leave Manchester United.

However, Arsenal board has lost interest in recruiting either Luis Enrique or Diego Simeone.
