The Sun says Saints boss Ronald Koeman is keeping tabs on Walsall's teenage left-back Henry.
Southampton's manager sent his scouts to watch Henry, 18, but faces competition from Leicester, Arsenal and Liverpool.
Henry has been likened to Chelsea legend Ashley Cole.
