Arsenal signing Fabio Vieira is excited to play with the likes of Emile Smith Rowe and Bukayo Saka.

The Portuguese attacking midfielder was brought in from Porto on Tuesday.

And Vieira will be tasked with helping Smith Rowe and Saka to create goalscoring opportunities for Mikel Arteta's side.

"I'm a fan of Saka and Smith Rowe, I really like the way they play," Vieira told the club's official website. "Odegaard is quite similar to me."

He added: "I've had the chance to speak to [Tavares]. He told me a bit about the club.

"There are fantastic people here who've helped me with everything I've needed, which is key."
