Arsenal are set to land Fluminense starlet Wellington.
The Daily Star says Arsenal are ready to complete a £3m deal for teenage Brazilian ace Wellington Silva from Fluminense.
The striker, nicknamed 'Ciel', impressed in a week's trial last Christmas when he scored four goals in a 45-minute run-out for the under-16s against Norwich.
