Arsenal are sending loan manager Ben Knapper to Germany for talks with Jordi Osei-Tutu.
Osei-Tutu was allegedly racially abused in a pre-season friendly this week, reports the Daily Mail.
Osei-Tutu, on loan at VFL Bochum, will be visited by Knapper.
Both Knapper and academy manager Per Mertesacker were quickly in contact with 20-year-old right back after the game.
And Knapper will follow that up with a visit to check on Osei-Tutu underlining Arsenal's concern, the seriousness of the matter and to back up the support he has received from Bochum.
Opposition St Gallen has since denied that any racist abuse had taken place, claiming the player assured them he had 'adhered' to club principles.
A statement read: "FC St.Gallen 1879 makes it clear that it strongly condemns all forms of racism and discrimination. Such misconduct would be sanctioned immediately.
"Our players have a respectful relationship with each other regardless of origin, skin colour or religion. In a clarifying conversation with the managers, the player concerned credibly assured that he had also adhered to this club principle yesterday in the match against VfL Bochum."
