But The Times says Rice favours staying in London and joining the Gunners.

However, Arsenal are unhappy with West Ham's £100m asking price - though the Irons are unlikely to budge.

Instead, Arsenal hope to sell Tierney to help fund the signing of Rice, with the left-back preparing to leave this summer.
