Arsenal will seek to strike an early deal with Feyenoord for midfielder Orkun Kokcu.

The Gunners are keen on the 19 year-old, reports Fanatik, but face competition from Barcelona.

As such, Arsenal chiefs wish to reach terms with Feyenoord for Kokcu before the end of the season - or at least before the start of the summer's Euros.

Tied to Feyenoord until 2024, Kokcu is unlikely to come cheap. Indeed, an early asking price has been set at €20m by his Eredivisie club.

Arsenal are determined to bring Kokcu to London this year after scouting the midfielder regularly for the past 18 months.
