Arsenal scout Pavel Kucherov has dismissed reports that claimed that the Gunners had made a £10million move for CSKA Moscow midfielder Aleksandr Golovin.

Kucherov says that this transfer can't happen this summer as the 21-year-old is not talented enough to play at a top Premier League club.

"This player is not talented enough for European level and it's unrealistic to discuss his transfer to a top EPL club," he told Russian outlet Sports.

"Alexander would need to improve his football in general, as well as his physical, psychological and mental attributes."
