Arsenal's Campbell, Fulham's Ruiz, NYRB's Miller in Costa Rica squad

Costa Rica manager Jorge Luis Pinto has named a 30-man provisional squad ahead of the 2014 World Cup.

Arsenal youngster Joel Campbell, who is on loan with Olympiakos, has been included in Pinto's preliminary roster for the Brazil tournament along with Bryan Ruiz, who has been on loan at PSV Eindhoven from Fulham in recent months.

New York Red Bulls defender Roy Miller joins fellow MLS stars Waylon Francis, Jairo Arrieta and Giancarlo Gonzalez (all Columbus Crew) and Alvaro Saborio (Real Salt Lake) in the squad while Mainz's Junior Diaz and FC Copenhagen's Christian Bolanos.

Costa Rica have been drawn in Group D for the World Cup, alongside Uruguay, England and Italy.
