Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is ready to make an improved offer for Fulham goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer. The Daily Mail says Fulham boss Mark Hughes said he had no intention of sanctioning the 37-year-old's dream move across the capital.
Having seemingly lost faith in Manuel Almunia, and with Lukasz Fabianski and Wojciech Szczesny letting in five between them in a 6-5 friendly win away to Legia Warsaw on Saturday, Wenger will hope to change Hughes's mind with an offer of around £4million.
