Arsenal rethink plans to buy Leicester midfielder Youri Tielemans

Arsenal are considering pulling back from plans to buy Leicester City midfielder Youri Tielemans.

The Sun says Arsenal could opt to try and sign Tielemans on a free next summer.

The Leicester midfielder has entered the final 12 months of his contract and the Gunners continue to be linked with him.

However, the Foxes would rather lose Tielemans for free at the end of the season than sell this window, meaning Arsenal could opt to move for the Belgian at the end of his deal.

Tielemans featured in defeat at Arsenal on Saturday.
