Arsenal have received a slight boost to their next transfer window budgets with the sale of former Jeff Reine-Adelaide.

The 21-year-old has joined Lyon in a £23 million transfer from Angers.

It is possible he will return to Arsenal one day, as the club has a first option to sign him in the future.

But for now he is ready to continue his adventure in France as he steps up to one of Ligue 1's best teams.

The Sun claims that when the deal is complete, Arsenal will get 10 percent of the fee through a sell on clause.

The Gunners inserted the stipulation into the deal that took Reine-Adelaide to Angers in the first place.
