Arsenal are ready to listen to offers for Sokratis Papastatopoulos.

That's according to Gazzetta dello Sport's Nicola Schira, who reports the Gunners are keen to move the Greece defender on this summer.

Sokratis still has over a year to run on his current deal, but Arsenal want to cash in.

The former Borussia Dortmund defender has failed to convince manager Mikel Arteta, it has been claimed, who wishes to replace him with a younger version.

Sokratis has played 27 games this season, scoring three goals.
