Arsenal are prepared to accept the demands of St Etienne for William Saliba.
The two clubs have been in talks for several weeks and Le 10 Sport says an agreement is now all but settled.
ASSE want €30m to sell and are also insisting Saliba be returned next season on-loan.
Arsenal are prepared to accept the loan demand, though still hope to talk down ASSE's price.
For the moment, no formal offer from Arsenal has been tabled.
