Arsenal prepared to sell contract rebels Aubameyang and Lacazette

Arsenal are prepared to sell contract rebels Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette.

Aubameyang, 30, is out of contract at the end of next season, while Frenchman Lacazette, 28, is desperate for Champions League football.

The Mirror says Arsenal would be willing to continue their policy of cashing in on players rather than let them run down their contracts.

Similar situations created headaches for both Unai Emery and predecessor Arsene Wenger.

Emery was forced to let midfielder Aaron Ramsey leave on a free for Juventus at the end of last season, while Alexis Sanchez left in January of 2018 for Manchester United and the club got Henrikh Mkhitaryan in exchange.

The Gunners made it six games — and over a month — without a victory after drawing 2-2 with Southampton on Saturday.
