Arsenal remain in the hunt for Lorient striker Alexis Claude-Maurice.

The Gunners are preparing a second bid for the Lorient star, reports Get French Football News.

It comes two weeks after their first bid of £7m was rejected.

Claude-Maurice is a former team-mate of Gunners teenager Matteo Guendouzi.

The Frenchman has made an impact this season for Lorient in Ligue 2, scoring 14 goals and making four assists.
