Arsenal to hand Aaron Ramsey and Petr Cech a guard of honour before kickoff against Brighton on Sunday.
Ramsey will end his 11-year tenure with the club when he moves to Juventus on a free transfer at the end of the campaign.
And Cech, 36, will bring the curtain down on his illustrious career after over 440 top-flight games for both Chelsea and Arsenal.
The Sun says the Gunners plan a guard of honour for Ramsey and Cech ahead of their final Premier League home game of the season on Sunday.
Ahead of Arsenal's Europa League semi-final with Valencia, Unai Emery was full of praise for the Welshman.
He said: "For me it was a good experience [to work] with every player and with him especially, because he can transmit his energy and he showed me his heart is red with Arsenal.
"I wanted to enjoy it with him. I said to him one month ago that I wanted to do something important in his last matches with us - maybe he can come back in the future. It will not be with him on the pitch but he is still with us."
