Arsenal are preparing a bid for Olympique Lyon midfielder Bruno Guimaraes.
The Gunners have made an attempt to sign OL ace Houssem Aouar this summer, though in Brazil it's been revealed they're also keen on teammate Guimaraes.
Globoesporte via Le 10 Sport says Arsenal chief Edu is making a move for Guimaraes and willing to offer €30m.
However, it will fall short of OL's valuation.
The Rhone club are seeking €40m for the former player of Atletico Paranense.
Guimaraes joined OL two years ago from Atletico-PR for a fee of €20m and has a contract with the French giants to 2024. He earned his first cap with Brazil last season.
For the last campaign, the 23 year-old Guimaraes played 37 games with OL, scoring three goals and producing two assists. The youngster was played centrally, both in a defensive and central midfield position.
