Arsenal midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan is willing to take a pay-cut to extend his stay with Roma.
The 31-year-old forward has been enjoying life in Italy's capital under Paulo Fonseca.
The Sun reports his agent Mino Raiola is hinting that the Armenian would sign a new contract with Arsenal on half his £180,000-a-week wages if he can stay on loan with the Serie A side.
Roma are eager to sign him permanently but the Gunners are demanding £22million, which they feel is overpriced.
Mkhitaryan's current deal with Arsenal expires next summer so there is a chance he could leave for nothing in just over a year.
