Arsenal midfielder Matteo Guendouzi hopes to make his debut for Hertha Berlin this weekend.
Guendouzi's loan has suffered a stuttering start due to a coronavirus quarantine spell, but he is now available to coach Bruno Labbadia.
He said, “I also had other options and requests. But I thought it over carefully and made a conscious decision to go with Hertha.
"The first few days in Berlin and with the team strengthen my decision. And of course I had a lively exchange with my French compatriot Lucas Tousart, whom I have known for years."
He added: "I feel as fit as ever. I want to play 90 minutes against Wolfsburg."
