Matteo Guendouzi can't wait to continue his development with Hertha Berlin.
The Arsenal midfielder has moved to Germany on a season-long loan.
Guendouzi was frozen out of Mikel Arteta's plans after training ground altercation with the Gunners manager in June.
After signing with Hertha on deadline day, Guendouzi said: "The talks with the management convinced me that this is the right move.
"Not only do I want to develop further on a personal level, but I also want to help the club take the next step. I'm buzzing to start life in Berlin as a Hertha player!"
The Bundesliga club added: "Despite his young age, Mattéo's experience of almost 60 Premier League appearances adds even more versatility to our midfield.
"He adds aspects to our game that will improve us even further."
