Arsenal midfielder Matteo Guendouzi has hinted he rejected a return to PSG over the summer.

Guendouzi quit the Parisians for FC Lorient as a junior player before moving to Arsenal last month.

He said, "It's true that many clubs were interested.

"I had discussions with some of the biggest clubs in Europe. But as soon as I heard about Arsenal, the decision was very simple.

"I'm happy here."
