Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta admits the club will make an announcement regarding the details of Mesut Ozil's departure.

The German is set to sign for Fenerbahce on a short term contract.

He has reportedly agreed on a settlement package with Arsenal for the rest of his contract, which was set to expire at the end of the season.

After the team's win over Newcastle United in the Premier League on Monday, Arteta offered a brief update on the Ozil situation.

He told reporters: "Not yet (I don't have anything to say to him), obviously he's in Turkey now.

"He's going through the medical and there's still some paperwork to do.

"When it's time, we will make the announcement."
