Mikel Arteta has admitted Wednesday's win over Chelsea has given Arsenal a 'big boost' in their push for a top-four finish.
The Gunners claimed an emphatic 4-2 win over Thomas Tuchel's side at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday.
They are now behind fourth-placed Tottenham on goal difference and Arteta is excited for Saturday's match with Manchester United.
"It's a great night and the players deserve it," Arteta told BBC Sport.
"It has been a tough two weeks but you have to bounce back and show spirit.
"We have been criticised and rightly so, with the expectations we have. But me it is worth taking that for these players.
"If you want to be there you have to win football matches and today confidence and energy wise it's a big boost.
"It is exciting for us and we know the challenge and how difficult it will be. Now it is Man Utd (on Saturday) and time to prepare for that game."
