Arsenal, Man Utd target Pavard: I cannot promise Stuttgart stay

Benjamin Pavard has declared he's ready to leave VfB Stuttgart.

BILD says the French youngster intends to leave Stuttgart after the World Cup.

Arsenal are already in deep discussions with Pavard's camp, while enquiries have been lodged this season from Manchester United and Bayern Munich.

He said, "I cannot promise (staying). Because if I promise to stay in Stuttgart and not do it then the fans in this world will not like me anymore. But I want to play Champions League football, sure. I do not hide that.

"My advisor and I will take our time. Now it's time for the World Cup. We have our ideas.

"We do not want to be pressured and decide quickly."

Stuttgart are now resigned to losing Pavard this summer, with a fee in the region of €60m being mentioned.
