Fulham's Ghana midfielder King Gyan Osei is wanted by Premiership rivals.
The Daily Mail says Arsenal and Manchester City are interested in Osei, 21, whose contract has expired at Fulham.
Osei has been playing in Belgium for the past two years due to work permit problems.
