Arsenal and Manchester City are eyeing Burnley midfielder Dwight McNeil.
The Burnley Express says McNeil's breakout campaign, in which he scored three goals and made five assists from 21 Premier League appearances, has attracted interest from several clubs including Everton, Newcastle and Pep Guardiola's Manchester City.
Arsenal also figure among those looking at the England Under-20 international.
Unai Emery is eager to recruit a winger this summer, with Wilfried Zaha of Crystal Palace also on the club's radar.
McNeil, who spent much of his youth career at Manchester United, would make a much more affordable alternative for the Gunners, but they are likely to face serious competition for his signature.
