Arsenal have entered talks with West Ham United captain Declan Rice.

The England midfielder is set to leave the Irons at season's end and is interesting Chelsea and Manchester City.

However, Football Insider says Arsenal have made their move.

The Gunners are in talks with Rice's agents about a summer switch, with contract negotiations now underway.

An opening offer worth £200,000-a-week has been tabled by Arsenal for Rice's consideration.
