Arsenal failed with an attempt for Inter Milan striker Mauro Icardi.

TMW says Icardi has knocked back an offer to quit the San Siro for Arsenal this summer.

Icardi is on the fringes at Inter following a series of disagreements and they want to offload him as soon as possible.

Arsenal were willing to take him off their hands, but e will not be heading to the Emirates.

The Argentine is in talks with Napoli.
