Arsenal and Liverpool are being encouraged to bid for Sheffield United midfielder Sander Berge.
The Times says United value Berge at around £35m, with the player under contract until 2024.
Berge joined Sheffield United last January from Belgian outfit Genk in a deal worth around £22m.
The 23-year-old has also attracted interest from Serie A sides Napoli and Atalanta, as well as Liverpool.
Arsenal are said to have had a bid of around £17m rejected by the Blades earlier this summer and, although the club are willing to sell, they are yet to receive an offer that meets their valuation.
