Arsenal line-up move for Bayer Leverkusen's Leno to replace Cech

Reports in the German media suggest that Arsenal are in the hunt for a new goalkeeper.

Bild have reported that Arsene Wenger wants to sign Bernd Leno to replace the ageing Petr Cech.

While Cech has been an admirable goalkeeper in the Premier League for many years, recent months have shown that his powers are on the decline.

And in 26-year-old Leno, Wenger sees a keeper who is entering the prime of his career. And getting him from Bayer Leverkusen would not be too difficult.

Leno is one of the many keepers vying for the number one German jersey, and a move to a top club like Arsenal could help his chances.
