Arsenal legend Freddie Ljungberg has urged his old club to do a deal with Theo Walcott.
The Swede also says Walcott should be played as a striker.
He told talkSPORT: "Theo Walcott has been at the club for quite a few years now and I think we're all hoping he can be this fantastic player.
"I don't know what he's demanding but I think it will be great to see him stay at the club.
"I think it's a bit of a weakness for the club when you have someone who has played as a winger every year at Arsenal saying he thinks he should be playing in the central striker role. That should be quite clear."
