PSV Eindhoven winger Ibrahim Afellay is in the sights of Arsenal.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has been tracking Afellay for 18 months and been urged to bring the youngster to London by Robin van Persie.
CalcioNews24 says Arsenal are willing to offer £11 million to bring the midfield schemer to England.
Afellay is expected to be sold by cash-strapped PSV this summer.
