Arsenal are chasing CSKA Moscow midfielder Rasmus Elm.
The young Swede left AZ Alkmaar last summer for CSKA, where he has been a revelation in this season's Russian Premier League.
Moscow media sources say Arsenal are prepared to offer £10 million to take Elm to London this summer.
The midfielder is contracted to CSKA until 2015.
