Arsenal goalkeeper Petr Cech knew the first clean sheet of the season would arrive soon enough.
The Gunners had failed to shut out the opposition in any of their previous Premier League games.
But they did manage to keep a clean sheet in a 2-0 home win over Everton on Sunday. And Cech was delighted.
"I think it has been coming because at Newcastle we did very well and conceded in the last minute," he said to Arsenal's official website.
"We were talking about the importance of not conceding goals because it helps and today it was a good clean sheet because in the first half in particular we were not on the front foot and we had to stay in the game."
