The IFK Norrkopping youngster has previously had a couple of tryouts with the Gunners and it is believed that he is close to joining the North London club.
If this was to occur, Norrkopping sporting director Tony Martinsson says the Swedish U16 international would be given every chance to further his career.
"Sure, it's good money for the club. We would prefer that our players stay in Norrkopping and grow to be first-team players," he told Fotbolldirekt.
"But in this case Kristoffer wants a move, and we will make that happen.
"[A contract] could take days, it could take weeks. It could take longer. We will keep this to ourselves until it's done."
