Arsenal are eyeing a move for Lorient star Raphael Guerreiro as a potential replacement for Kieran Gibbs, according to reports from The Independent.

Gibbs has not developed as well as Arsenal would have liked over the past few years and it is believed that the Gunners are ready to make the England international available for transfer at the end of the season.

With Gibbs a chance to leave North London, it has now been claimed that Arsenal are lining up a replacement for the left-back in the form of French-born Portuguese defender Guerreiro, who has been plying his trade with Ligue 1 side Lorient since 2013.
