Arsenal 'invincible' Gilberto reveals coaching offers

Gilberto Silva has revealed an offer from Arsenal to join Arsene Wenger's coaching staff.

The 38-year old Brazilian, who operated as a defender or a midfielder for the Gunners, is pondering the next phase of his career after finishing up as a player with Atletico Mineiro last year.

Gilberto was a key member of Wenger's undefeated Arsenal 'invincibles' in 2003/04 and has now been presented with an opportunity to return to north London but this time in a coaching capacity.

"Anything is possible," he told Globo Esporte.

"It makes me happy when you have these offers, people see you have different ideas, you can contribute and it makes you happy and motivated.

"And it makes me want to learn from others, develop my knowledge and also develop my own style."
