Arsenal have informed Roma their price for Henrikh Mkhitaryan.

On-loan to the end of the season, Mkhitaryan has done enough to convince Roma to seek a permanent deal.

English media sources say Roma are offering €10m to buy the midfielder outright, but Arsenal are insisting on double that figure to sell.

For his part, Mkhitaryan is eager to see the deal done.

Just last week, Roma coach Paulo Fonseca said: "Mkhi has had some injuries during the season but now returns and he proves his quality. We'll see. He is a player with good decisions on the pitch and I would also like to keep Mkhi in our team."
