Marc Overmars is being lined up for a return to Arsenal.

The Ajax sports director is expected to leave his job at the end of this season.

TMW says Arsenal are aware of his plans and have already opened talks with Overmars about a return to London.

The Gunners are undergoing a management restructure, though are yet to make a sports director appointment.

It's suggested talks with Overmars are already at an advanced stage and he is keen to take the job.
